Basden Steel Corporation Reports on Their Progress on Phase II at Empire West

Phase 2 of our Empire West Brookshire project is underway and ahead of schedule- just how we like it!
This project consists of 6 new buildings for Stream Realty Partners expansion at Empire West Business Park near Brookshire, TX. The new buildings will make the facility one of the largest overall industrial developments of its type in Greater Houston and are anticipated to bring jobs to the area.
