Brookshire Car Care is looking to hire a Shop Porter!
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Shop Porter to assist in maintaining the cleanliness, organization and smooth operation of our auto shop on a full or part-time basis. The Shop Porter will support the service team by keeping the workspace tidy, managing tools and equipment, and ensuring the shop environment is welcoming for customers.

Your Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor, bays and common areas
Ensure tools and equipment are cared for and organized
Light maintenance tasks and housekeeping
Move and park vehicles as directed by the shop manager or technicians. Shuttling customers, picking up parts, and customer service needs are also included.
Shop support tasks like washing cars and cleaning windows
The Ideal Applicant Would Have:
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
The ability to lift up to 50lbs and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods
A strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Good communication skills and customer service orientation
Previous experience in an auto shop or similar environment (a benefit, not a requirement)
