Economic Development Updates in Brookshire, Texas

Stream Realty moves forward with the 300-acre business park, known as Empire West, located on the eastern edge of Brookshire. A 750,000 square feet building is under construction with two more speculative buildings underway.  Grundfos formally announced their America's Headquarters in a press release identifying Brookshire as their site.
