Empire West

Brookshire Economic Development is pleased to have the opportunity to work with the Empire West project. It’s situated on nearly 300 acres between I-10 and Highway 90.  Their building design will offer cost efficiencies with state-of-the-art design.  They have begun building three industrial distribution facilities and the remaining parcels will provide optimal build to suit opportunities.
