Empire West Phase II Groundbreaking

Twenty months ago, Empire West was 300 acres of raw land.  They now are in Phase II, with three building on the ground totaling over1,000,000 SF with 100% occupancy and are now underway on SIX new buildings totaling over 2,300,00 SF.
