Allegiance Bank and Community Bank of Texas Are Now Stellar Bank. Since the official merger of Allegiance Bank and Community Bank of Texas last year, they have been diligently working towards full integration of the two entities. On February 21, 2023, both banks re-open as Stellar Bank.
