Stream announced Phase 1 complete and Phase II is underway

The Empire West group are doing wonderful things in Brookshire! We are happy to have them in our area and looking forward to new and exciting things.

Tyler Wellborn, 1st Vice-President of Development at Stream Realty Partners announced that construction was complete and fully leased, on Phase 1. Phase II is under way.  2,319,000 sq ft across six buildings is under construction.  The dirt work has begun on already constructed pads.
