We would like to thank everyone for coming out and helping us celebrate the ribbon cutting of our amphitheater. This incredible venue was a project of the Brookshire Economic Development Corporation. The event was a wonderful success and everyone is looking forward to future events.
Empire West Business Park is located at 100 Empire Blvd. in Brookshire, Texas, with the first phase completed last year. The park now includes eight buildings ranging between 124,700 and 1 million square feet, according to Commercial Edge. The new buildings will feature occupancies ranging from 50,000 to 1 million square feet of rentable space. A total of 95,000 square feet is currently under lease, with the remainder undergoing negotiations.
Construction is well underway at one of Riner Engineering's (https://lnkd.in/gp2Cdu5x) largest ever projects - Phase 2 of Stream Realty Partners' 300-acre Empire West Business Park. RINER performed the geotechnical engineering and is currently providing the construction materials testing and inspection services alongside the General Contractor, D.E. Harvey Builders. Phase 2 includes six tilt wall office/warehouse buildings totaling over 2,300,000 square feet, currently in various stages of completion.
Phase II at Empire West - Brookshire is flying… steel that is! Steel is going into place on our 1,000,000SF building, while placing the last remaining slab on grade on our 120,000SF building. HOUSTON – (Realty News Report) – Stream Realty Partners is preparing to break ground on six buildings totaling 2,318,000 SF in Empire West Business Park, a 300-acre development west of Houston in the Brookshire area.
The decision to move ahead with construction comes after Stream Realty scored rapid success with the 1 million-SF Phase One of the development, which broke ground in June 2020 and is already 100 percent leased.

Stream Realty Partners broke ground on its 300-acre Empire West Business Park in Brookshire, adding another option for e-commerce tenants aiming to distribute products to consumers in Houston and other Texas cities.
Brookshire was very excited when they learned that Hyundai wanted to make its home in their city limits. Their Grand Opening was at the beginning of 2019 offering new and used Hyundai models. This facility also offers experts in car service and maintenance department.
