Update on the Empire Project

Take a look at the progress Empire West is making! They are in the second phase of an industrial business park located here Brookshire, TX.

It features 6 core and shell tiltwall buildings with a combined building square footage of 2,300,00 SF and roughly 3,000,000 SF (or 68 acres) of site paving.

They are set to be complete in July 2022!
