Update on Empire West

Matteson Hamilton Executive managing director and partner with Empire West spoke at the West I-10 Chamber of Commerce luncheon November 8th. 

Mr. Matteson stated they started back in 2019 and challenged themselves to bring a market-leading industrial project to the area. They wanted to position themselves to take advantage of what was headed our way.

Now three years later they have nearly 3.5M sq. ft., with phase one, 1M sq. ft. 100% occupied and phase 2, 2.4M sq. ft. is 65% leased.

He then spoke on of WINIX, Warfor and HEB being located on the property with announcement to be made shortly of another well-known company.
